Criminal charges for one felony and three misdemeanors have been filed against the former police officer and TikToker who was arrested for drug trafficking. The former police officer is accused of drug trafficking at the felony level and for the misdemeanors of illegal weapon possession, making false statements to authorities, and possession of anabolic steroids.
The defendant has been referred to an investigative judge and is expected to receive a date for his plea hearing.
