The AKTOR Group has announced an agreement with Evropi Holdings for the acquisition of land plots and buildings located at the VIPA-VIOPA industrial park in Paiania. Specifically, AKTOR’s wholly-owned subsidiary, AKTOR Stone Participations and Real Estate, has signed a memorandum and private agreement with the selling company for the acquisition of a property complex consisting of six land plots with a total area of approximately 62,623 sq.m., along with the buildings situated on them — namely a building complex comprising seven buildings and smaller structures with a total area of 27,597.90 sq.m., as well as an additional building with a total area of 2,659.90 sq.m.

The sale and transfer of the properties will take place upon signing of the final purchase agreement. The total transaction value amounts to €45,550,000, and will be funded through a combination of equity and financing secured from a credit or financial institution, either in the form of a financial lease or other equivalent financing structure.
The signing of the final contract is expected to take place by September 30, 2026, unless the parties agree otherwise, subject to the fulfillment of the customary conditions and requirements for transactions of this nature. The properties already house all of the AKTOR Group’s operations under existing lease agreements, while additional active lease agreements are in place with high-quality tenants.
The completion of this transaction addresses the AKTOR Group’s need to secure permanent facilities capable of accommodating its continuously expanding operations, while supporting the gradual consolidation of additional activities within a single, unified corporate headquarters. At the same time, the Group will explore — to the extent permitted by regulatory conditions — opportunities for the further development and utilization of the property as a modern corporate campus.
