GEK Terna has announced its new share capital amount, along with the total number of shares and voting rights, following the completion of its recent cash capital increase. The relevant disclosure to investors was made in accordance with the transparency obligations set out under Law 3556/2007.
According to the official announcement, following the company’s share capital increase through cash payment — carried out pursuant to the Board of Directors’ resolution dated 01.07.2026, acting under the authority granted by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 16.06.2026 — and the certification of payment on 03.07.2026 by the Board of Directors, based on a report by an auditing firm, the company’s share capital now stands at sixty-seven million, seven hundred and ninety-three thousand, nine hundred and sixty-six euros and eighty-eight cents (€67,793,966.88), divided into one hundred and eighteen million, nine hundred and thirty-six thousand, seven hundred and eighty-four (118,936,784) common, dematerialized, registered shares with voting rights, each with a nominal value of fifty-seven euro cents (€0.57).
