ALTERLIFE launches the ALTERLIFE Leadership Campus, a groundbreaking initiative for developing leadership skills with 150 executives participating from the company’s gyms and headquarters. The program is implemented in partnership with SHRM Linkage Greece and represents a strategic investment in employee training and development.
The initiative aims to create a modern and cohesive leadership development framework, connecting learning with practical application in daily team operations. The ALTERLIFE Leadership Campus operates in full alignment with the company’s Career Path and Leadership Model, strengthening a more structured approach to executive development.
The ALTERLIFE Leadership Campus structure includes Leadership Workshops, Personal Leadership Development Plans (PLDPs), Management Excellence Centers (MECs), Learning Groups and Leadership Forums, combining modern leadership practices, experiential learning and knowledge sharing.
The first Leadership Workshop took place on May 21-22, focusing on contemporary leadership challenges. Participants worked on role plays, case studies and practical examples with direct application to their work environment, while the workshop cycle will be completed by the end of June.
