A serious incident unfolded in Thessaloniki when a tree collapsed onto a playground, injuring a mother and her child, according to information from thesspost.gr. The Thessaloniki Fire Service was notified of the tree fall.

As reported by the local outlet, a mother and her child were injured when the tree came down, both sustaining injuries. The woman was transferred to Papanikolaou Hospital, while the child was taken to Hippokration Hospital.
