Authorities have now turned their attention to the home of Giorgos Mazonakis in Voula, as the Greek Police investigation is in full swing. Since late afternoon, officers have been at the well-known singer’s residence, conducting a thorough search of the premises and gathering evidence that could shed light on the circumstances surrounding his death. Investigators are examining all available data in pursuit of an answer to the critical question: what was the actual cause of Giorgos Mazonakis’ death?

According to initial reports, the search covers both the interior and exterior of the singer’s property in Voula. His sister is also present at the scene alongside the authorities.






Death of Giorgos Mazonakis: Greece’s “FBI” raids the two doctors’ clinic in Kolonaki
The investigation is proceeding on all fronts as authorities work to establish the exact circumstances of the popular artist’s death. As part of the ongoing investigation, officers earlier conducted a search of the medical clinic where Giorgos Mazonakis suffered a cardiac arrest during a scheduled plasmapheresis appointment. Officers from Greece’s equivalent of the FBI collected evidence from the premises, reportedly removing at least four folders of files along with bags of additional material.
The seized material was placed in blue bags marked “evidence” and transported in an official service vehicle, which subsequently left the scene. Meanwhile, the two doctors at the clinic were arrested on charges of negligent homicide, following new statements they are reported to have given to the security authorities.
