The Ministry of Defense in Russia announced that the country’s armed forces will respond to the massive Ukrainian drone and missile attacks on St. Petersburg.
According to the statement issued by Russia’s Ministry of Defense, “Volodymyr Zelensky’s and Ukraine’s attempt to strike civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation will not go without an appropriate response from the Russian armed forces.”
Additionally, the ministry stated that Russian air defense forces intercepted and shot down a total of 494 Ukrainian drones and missiles during the attacks.
