An angry post was made by Maria Karystianou on her personal Facebook account, referring to the exhumations of the bodies of victims of the Tempi disaster, in which she once again spoke of “crime cover-up by the Greek justice system”. As she stated, “this is not the first time the Supreme Court has intervened to ‘support’ investigators and prosecutors who have been enlisted in the process of covering up the truth about the Tempi crime“. She then characterized the developments as “absolute outrage,” denouncing that exhumations are taking place with a ban on examinations that, as she argues, would reveal what caused the children’s deaths. “So we never learn what burned them to death and, most importantly, so the responsible parties are never brought to trial. Such impunity, such malice,” she noted among other things.

Institutions protecting an accountable and criminal government that kills through its deep corruption and then recruits an entire ‘gang’ to bury responsibilities along with the debris.
In the Tempi crime, a state omerta operation organized the sacrilegious burial of truth before the blood on the rails had even dried. An operation that continues to this day with the shameful exhumations that brutally insult the memory of our unjustly dead. And now, absolute outrage! Exhumation with a ban on the examinations that would show what burned our children! So we never learn what turned them to ash and, most importantly, so the murderers don’t sit in the dock. Such impunity! Such malice!
NO ONE WILL TOUCH THE CHILDREN’S GRAVES to destroy the last evidence that can bring truth to light and send the guilty to prison! Because that’s where the criminal gang will end up: IN PRISON! This time they don’t have political parties against them. They have parents. They have CITIZENS. They didn’t calculate the magnitude of a parent’s love. They didn’t understand that one who has lost everything fears nothing and no one. The force of parents and citizens is the only power that will tear down their wall of corruption.
