A violent stabbing attack occurred shortly after 6:00 PM on Wednesday (16/09) in the center of Thessaloniki, when an unknown man attacked a foreign national with a sharp object, leaving him injured. According to ERT, the incident took place on Filippou Street, opposite the Roman Agora.

According to reports, the victim was transported to AHEPA Hospital with wounds to the abdomen and buttock. However, his condition is not considered life-threatening. Police officers have cordoned off the area and launched a manhunt to locate and apprehend the suspect.
