The Russian military announced it carried out strikes on a fuel storage facility, a refinery in Odessa, and a vessel reportedly transporting supplies for the Ukrainian army. According to a statement from Russia’s Ministry of Defense, the attacks targeted the Ukrainian port of Odessa, as well as a maritime area south of the port, where Moscow claims a ship carrying military cargo was located.
