New developments are coming to light in the revenge porn case involving Christina Orfanidou, as her attorney has announced the identification of 15 additional individuals allegedly involved in the distribution of the former Big Brother contestant’s private photos and videos. According to her legal representative, Sofia Katsoula, the Cybercrime Division located the individuals, who have already been brought before the competent judicial authorities across the country. Criminal charges — both felony and misdemeanor — have been filed against them. Among the 15 identified individuals, the announcement notes, are minors as well as a serving police officer.
It is worth recalling that in 2025, her former partner Thanos Alympakis — who was in possession of videos and photos from their romantic relationship — and Vasiliki Fasoula, who had previously been in a relationship with Alympakis, were both criminally convicted for leaking Ms. Orfanidou’s private content without her consent. The courts ordered them to pay compensation for the moral damages suffered by Christina Orfanidou, and also required them to publish a summary of the court ruling on their personal social media accounts. As her attorney points out, Vasiliki Fasoula complied with this obligation; however, the same cannot be said for the other convicted party. Athanasios Alympakis, despite having been notified of the ruling as early as June 24, 2026, has to this day not posted any summary on his Instagram account.
As noted, the publication of the court ruling represents only a formal obligation for those convicted and cannot adequately remedy the harm suffered by Christina Orfanidou. Her private content continues to be circulated on adult websites, while she herself continues to receive abusive and threatening messages on a daily basis — a situation that, according to her legal representative, constitutes ongoing secondary victimization.
In parallel, her attorney warns that legal action will be taken against anyone who continues to distribute the material in question, sends offensive or obscene messages, or attacks Christina Orfanidou’s dignity and reputation.

“NEW LEGAL VICTORY FOR CHRISTINA ORFANIDOU
Following the ruling of the Thessaloniki Court of Appeal (Civil Division), we are compelled to set out the following:
Christina Orfanidou’s former partner, Athanasios Alympakis, and Vasiliki Fasoula have already been criminally convicted in 2025 and have additionally been ordered by civil court to pay compensation, as well as to publish a summary of the civil ruling — one that details clearly and precisely the unlawful acts they committed.
Vasiliki Fasoula has fulfilled her court-ordered obligation to publish the relevant summary. Athanasios Alympakis, however, despite having been notified of the appellate court ruling since 24/06/2026, is silently refusing to fulfill his obligation to publish the corresponding summary on his Instagram account.
The obligation of Alympakis and Fasoula to publish a summary of the court ruling is a formal requirement arising from the conviction against them — and fulfilling it allows them to put this matter behind them. For Christina Orfanidou, however, a single social media post cannot under any circumstances be considered meaningful justice or genuine redress for the harm she has endured. This is because, as a direct result of the actions of these two individuals, she continues to this day to suffer relentless and brutal secondary victimization: the non-consensual material continues to be shared and reproduced on adult websites with millions of views, while she receives daily obscene insults, threats, and personal attacks from anonymous internet users.
We therefore make the following unequivocal declarations:
1. Anyone who continues to: a) distribute the sensitive, non-consensual sexual content, b) send Christina Orfanidou unsolicited explicit images, or c) attack Christina Orfanidou’s honor and reputation in any way, will be reported to the authorities and pursued through legal action. Anyone who believes that the anonymity of a fake online account will protect them should be aware that at least 15 such accounts have already been identified by the Cybercrime Division following our complaints, and their real operators have been brought before the competent courts throughout Greece (including Patras, Kalavryta, Pella, Syros, Thebes, and others) on both misdemeanor and felony criminal charges. Among those identified were minors and even a serving police officer (!) — demonstrating that the law applies WITHOUT EXCEPTION to everyone.
2. Anyone — public figure or otherwise — who chooses to associate with individuals who have been irrevocably convicted of violating personal data protection law, we leave to the judgment of a society that, in 2026, condemns and ostracizes such behavior.
Finally, we will show zero tolerance toward perpetrators of revenge porn. Those who believe they can play with a woman’s honor, reputation, and dignity will find themselves facing the full force of the law.”
