Humanis, in collaboration with Yale School of Management Executive Education, has successfully completed the first-ever executive leadership program in Greece titled “Leading with Wisdom in the Age of AI.” The two-day program took place on June 17 and 18, 2026, at The Ellinikon Experience Centre — located at the heart of The Ellinikon, the new smart and green city being developed on the site of the former Hellenikon Airport, designed to elevate the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
The two-day seminar was aimed at senior leaders, C-level executives, CEOs, and board members, offering a meaningful framework for understanding and responsibly leveraging Artificial Intelligence in modern leadership. The program was preceded by a half-day online session on May 26 and a welcome dinner on June 16.
The opening of the seminar was honored by a keynote address from the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Niki Kerameus, who emphasized the importance of developing modern skills, fostering continuous learning, and embracing technology responsibly in today’s evolving workplace. A greeting was also delivered by Rania Aikaterinary, Vice-Chair of the Board of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises), who highlighted the critical role of leadership in the effective and responsible adoption of AI — a force that is transforming the way organizations create value, driving advantages in productivity, speed, and innovation, while maintaining proper governance, human oversight, and control.

At a time when Artificial Intelligence is redefining strategy, decision-making, value creation, the nature of work, and the relationship between organizations and their people, the program underscored the need for leaders to approach AI not merely as a technological tool, but as a transformative force that demands sound judgment, accountability, ethical governance, and human understanding.
The academic component of the seminar was led by two distinguished Yale School of Management professors: Jiwoong Shin, Professor of Marketing, whose research focuses on AI, digital strategy, competition, and business decision-making; and Gal Zauberman, Joseph F. Cullman 3rd Professor of Marketing, who specializes in human judgment, decision-making, time perception, and behavior in the digital age. Also in attendance was Tim Shea, Senior Director of Learning Partnerships, Executive Education at Yale.
Throughout the program, participants explored critical themes shaping the present and future of leadership, including: The Economics of Artificial Intelligence & Business Strategy, The Digital Environment: The World People Live In, Humans vs Algorithms, Generative AI and the Future of Work, Human Creativity in the Age of AI, Application of AI: Managing Customers in the Age of AI, Competing on the AI Frontier: A Leadership Case Exercise, and Judgment in the Age of AI Algorithms.
Through practical frameworks, real-world business examples, and case-based discussions, the seminar gave participants the opportunity to examine how AI is influencing organizational strategy, customer management, productivity, human creativity, and decision-making quality. Particular emphasis was placed on striking the right balance between technological acceleration and the human dimension of leadership — making clear that the responsible use of AI has become a critical competitive advantage. Upon completion of the program, all participants received a Yale Executive Education Certificate of Completion.
The program was made possible with the support of its sponsors: LAMDA Development, the company driving the landmark Ellinikon urban regeneration project; Lenovo; and Growthfund (the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations — Greece’s National Investment Fund). Their support helped bring a high-caliber international executive education experience to Greece.
