Police arrested a 36-year-old man following allegations that he sexually harassed four minor boys while they were playing at an elementary school in Neapoli, Thessaloniki, on Sunday evening (21/09). According to the shocking complaint, the accused, a Georgian expatriate, allegedly followed the children, aged 9 and 11 years old. Criminal charges were filed against him for assault on sexual dignity and threatening behavior.

Thessaloniki: Admitted to being intoxicated
It should be noted that the 36-year-old appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, and after his arrest, he admitted to having consumed alcohol. However, he denies the other charges and has requested that surveillance footage from the area be collected as evidence. The case was handled by the Summary Single-Member Misdemeanor Court of Thessaloniki, as prosecution witnesses were absent. The court decided to maintain his detention until the trial takes place. Meanwhile, the 36-year-old claimed that violence was used against him by parents, and through his defense attorneys, he reserved the right to exercise his legal rights.
