Pensions for October 2025 will be paid in two main phases, according to the official e-EFKA schedule. The payment process begins on Thursday, September 25, 2025, and follows the established separation between employed and self-employed retirees.
First phase of October 2025 pension payments
On Thursday, September 25, 2025, retirees from former non-employee funds will receive their October 2025 pensions. Specifically, beneficiaries from OAEE, OGA, and ETAA will be paid, as well as those who retired through OPS-EFKA from January 1, 2017, onwards. Additionally, on the same date, all supplementary pensions from the private sector are paid, regardless of whether they concern employed or self-employed retirees.
Pensions: Second payment phase on Monday, September 29
On Monday, September 29, 2025, the payment of October 2025 pensions is completed with the payment to employed retirees. Beneficiaries from former IKA-ETAM funds, banks, OTE, DEH, NAT, ETAT, and ETAP-MME will see the amounts in their accounts.
Furthermore, on the same day, both main and supplementary pensions from the public sector are paid.
Important information for retirees is that the money becomes available at ATMs from the previous working day, after 17:00. This means:
• Self-employed retirees can withdraw money from Wednesday, September 24
• Employed retirees have access to amounts from Friday, September 26
According to the official e-EFKA announcement, payment dates are structured based on the established rule of separation between employed and self-employed retirees. The process ensures smooth payment of all pension categories, both main and supplementary, to all beneficiaries regardless of their fund of origin.
