Full announcement
The President of Course of Freedom forces Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister Giorgos Mylonakis to appear in Parliament and answer for the OPEKEPE scandal and the violation of the confidentiality of prosecutorial investigations. Zoe Konstantopoulou has already submitted since 1/9/25, her first Current Question to Mr. Mylonakis, regarding the new surveillance scandal related to OPEKEPE, by himself and the case of violation of communication confidentiality and secrecy of prosecutorial investigations since 2024. In the Current Question, Mr. Mylonakis declared himself “incompetent” and did not come to Parliament to provide answers, preferring instead to make a Facebook post a few days later. A Document Submission Request has also been filed on 11/9/25 to Mr. Mylonakis, asking that the Memo (or Internal Note) concerning the OPEKEPE scandal be given to Parliament and made public, which Mr. Mylonakis himself admitted on September 1, 2025, that he has in his possession.
In the new Current Question that Zoe has submitted to G. Mylonakis with the subject, “The commissioning, utilization and circulation by you of the Memo, otherwise ‘INTERNAL NOTE’ for the OPEKEPE scandal, which has been in your hands since June 2025”, Mr. Mylonakis stated that he will come to Parliament. The Current Question will be discussed in the Plenary on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 16:45.
