ONLINE Delivery Single Member S.A., a Delivery Hero Group company, primarily provides electronic food ordering services, beverages and supermarket items through the efood platform, operating as an intermediary in the food and consumer goods market.
Efood reports €211M revenue for 2024 and €22.7M dividend payout
For 2024, the company’s turnover reached €211 million, up from €163.8 million in 2023, recording a 22% increase. Net pre-tax profits amounted to €46.828 million, compared to €41.220 million the previous year.
The increase in turnover is attributed to rising orders through the efood platform, with commission revenues increasing by €29 million compared to 2023. Additionally, the use of promotional services for partner stores increased, generating an additional €5.8 million in revenue, while delivery services and platform usage by users recorded an increase of €11 million compared to last year.
Regarding personnel, the average number of full-time employees reached 725, slightly down from 742 in 2023, and all are salaried employees.
Finally, the reference to unaudited periods for absorbed companies, such as Delivery.gr, represents a standard element of tax auditing and is taken into account when examining financial statements and submitting tax declarations.
