The spokesperson of Turkey’s ruling AKP party, Ömer Çelik, launched a sharp counterattack against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after the latter labeled Recep Tayyip Erdoğan an “antisemitic dictator.” In a post on platform X, Çelik argued that the labels directed at the Turkish president should in fact be applied to Netanyahu himself, accusing the Israeli prime minister’s network of massacres, lies, and crimes against humanity.
