Panic spread on Monday afternoon, March 9th, at Kavouri, as a large shark was spotted swimming very close to the shore.

Kavouri: Shark over 1.5 meters long
According to eyewitnesses, the fish exceeded 1.5 meters in length, while its fin was clearly visible above the water’s surface.
As shown in the video captured by citizens, the large fish was moving in shallow water and appeared to be hunting small fish near the shore. Its appearance caused immediate panic, with many people watching from the beach.
