Elon Musk: Not expected to appear in court
Elon Musk is not expected to appear in court, where he has been summoned by the head of France’s cybercrime unit for a “voluntary interview.”
Experts from France’s National Cybersecurity Unit have indicated they suspect Elon Musk has committed the following offenses: illegal use of sensitive personal user data for targeted advertising, influencing public discourse in France, denial of crimes against humanity, complicity in possession and distribution of child pornography, and violation of privacy.
Moreover, the manipulation of Grok’s algorithm constitutes “falsification of operation” and is prosecuted criminally. According to French media, judges have decided to request that X provide its algorithm so they can determine whether French legislation is being violated.
