For the third consecutive day, PASOK – Movement for Change has spoken of the “country’s humiliation stemming from the inexplicable shield of protection that Maximos Mansion is providing to the Secretary General of National Security, Mr. Dokos.” The party’s statements come in the wake of revelations aired on MEGA’s programme “Developments Now,” in which the two Russian pranksters spoke out, irreparably embarrassing the government.
“The Russian pranksters, in their interview on Mega, reiterated that they sent a simple email and Mr. Dokos agreed to hold a video call with them,” PASOK’s Charilaou Trikoupi headquarters emphasized, underlining that this represents “unbelievable amateurism from the man who handles classified secret information belonging to state intelligence services and the government.”
“Is Mr. Mitsotakis satisfied?” PASOK asked, pointedly adding that “the prime minister who presents himself as supposedly irreplaceable should, instead of waiting for the phone to ring at 3 in the morning, do what needs to be done in broad daylight.”
