AKTOR’s official announcement in full
“AKTOR SOCIETE ANONYME OF PARTICIPATIONS, TECHNICAL AND ENERGY PROJECTS” (hereinafter the “Company” or “AKTOR Group”), following its announcement of 14 August 2026 regarding the signing of a memorandum of understanding with “EVROPI HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME” (the “Seller”) for the acquisition of a property complex, hereby informs the investment community, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, of the following: “AKTOR STONE PARTICIPATIONS AND REAL ESTATE SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME,” a 100% subsidiary of the Company (the “Buyer”), signed on 9 October 2026 with the Seller the final sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of a property complex in the VIPA-VIOPA industrial zone of Paiania, Attica, for a total consideration of €45,550,000 (the “Transaction”).
The subject of the Transaction was specifically the purchase of six plots of land with a total area of approximately 62,623 sq.m., together with the buildings situated thereon, namely a building complex comprising seven buildings and smaller structures with a total area of 27,597.90 sq.m., as well as an additional building with a total area of 2,659.90 sq.m. (the “Properties”).
The Properties already house, under existing lease agreements, the majority of the AKTOR Group’s current operations, while additional active lease agreements are in place with high-quality tenants. The acquisition of the Properties serves the Group’s strategic plan to secure facilities capable of supporting its continuously expanding activities, by gradually consolidating additional functions within a single corporate space — thereby enhancing operational efficiency and leveraging synergies. Furthermore, under current urban planning regulations, the Properties offer the potential for additional building development of up to approximately 32,000 sq.m. (subject to conditions), and the AKTOR Group is exploring ways to capitalize on this potential with the aim of creating a modern corporate campus capable of serving not only the Group’s existing and future needs but also generating further investment value.
The Transaction — which combines the acquisition of a significant office building complex that also serves the Group’s own operational needs, at a highly competitive price under current real estate market conditions, with strong investment potential and substantial prospects for further development and value creation — forms part of the Group’s strategy to capitalize on investment opportunities and strengthen the activity of its Real Estate pillar.
