DEI redefines the role of the physical store
The fully redesigned service points serve as a one-stop contact hub where customers can explore, compare, and access comprehensive solutions for all their energy and technology needs. By combining contemporary design, upgraded digital services, and specialized advisory support, these stores are delivering a new customer experience that fundamentally redefines what a physical branch can offer. From the TechLiving Zone and myDEI Service Points to e-appointment booking, Quiet Hour, and DEI Fiber, the company is evolving its store network into a modern one-stop shop for energy, technology, and connectivity services.

Extended operating hours
The announcement reminded customers that the new and renovated DEI stores now operate on extended hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, and Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 08:00 to 15:00. Bill payments are also available around the clock through the myDEI platform, accessible 24/7.
In addition, stores offer visitors fast and easy service across three dedicated zones: a quick-service zone, a specialist energy advisor zone, and a myDEI ServicePoint digital zone — where customers can register, manage, and pay their plans and bills, submit requests, receive digital assistance, or schedule an appointment at a time of their choosing.
The TechLiving Zone is already available in 70 DEI stores, bringing together — for the first time — energy, technology, and connectivity products and services in a single, unified experience hub designed for both home and business customers.
Across six product and service categories, customers can explore integrated solutions that address modern everyday needs — from energy efficiency and electric mobility to smart home and business equipment.
DEI Fiber activation
DEI stores now also serve as information and activation points for DEI Fiber, the company’s ultra-high-speed internet service delivered via fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) technology.
Customers can learn about available plans, choose the one that best suits their needs, and complete the activation process with ease — gaining access to yet another modern DEI service through the company’s retail network.
Inclusion through Quiet Hour
The Quiet Hour service is now available in 80 DEI stores, creating a calmer, more predictable, and welcoming environment for neurodivergent individuals and their companions for one hour each day, including Saturdays, from 14:00 to 15:00.
With reduced sensory stimuli and specially trained staff, DEI is reinforcing accessibility and championing equal service for all customers.
Finally, through the e-appointment service, customers can quickly and easily schedule a visit to their nearest DEI store, selecting the date and time that suits them best. The service forms part of DEI’s broader digital experience offering, reducing waiting times and making everyday customer service more convenient than ever.
