CrediaBank has officially completed its merger with Evropi Holdings, with the finalization of the transaction bringing Evropi Insurance and NAK Insurance Brokers into the group’s fold. The newly unified financial entity now combines banking and insurance services under one roof — a strategic move designed to give the group significant scale in general insurance and insurance brokerage. The merger also opens the door to new product development and the exploitation of synergies across the group’s companies.

CrediaBank: Combining banking finance with specialized insurance coverage
For businesses, the new structure enables the pairing of bank financing with specialized insurance coverage for facilities, equipment, trade credit, and large commercial risks. For individual customers, the merger creates new opportunities to access a broader range of insurance products through CrediaBank’s existing network and service channels.
Evropi Insurance has been active in the Greek market since 1985, with deep expertise in covering large commercial, industrial, and financial risks. Its portfolio also includes surety bond insurance, marine and cargo coverage, and large-scale project insurance. NAK Insurance Brokers, meanwhile, specializes in credit insurance, among other lines, and serves a portfolio of over 250 corporate clients. As of Monday, November 2, 2026, 212,257,200 new ordinary shares of CrediaBank — issued as part of the merger — began trading on Euronext Athens.
