Pensions in Greece are showing significant recovery, with the average amount presenting a 17.5% increase compared to 2019, according to a report by “Apogeumatini”. Official data from the “Helios” system confirms the upward trend in pension benefits, while beneficiaries with monthly income above €1,000 increased by 40%. This positive development is mainly due to increases applied to new pensions, as insured individuals retire with more years of insurance, securing better replacement rates.
