The leader of PASOK, Nikos Androulakis, will visit the areas of Boeotia devastated by the major wildfire on Tuesday (4/8) to get a firsthand look at the destruction and assess the needs of local residents. The opposition leader’s visit will focus on the fire’s impact on households, crops, and local productive activities, as well as the ongoing challenges faced by residents in the aftermath of the blaze.
Androulakis’ first stop will be the village of Xironomi at 11:15, where he will meet with local residents and community president Efstathios Kefalas in the village square. The discussion is expected to center on the immediate needs of those affected and the full extent of the damage caused by the wildfire.

Androulakis will then travel to Domvraina, where at 12:45 he will hold a meeting with community president Konstantinos Bougias, as well as with affected olive growers and livestock farmers at the local cultural center. Discussions are expected to focus on the fire’s impact on agricultural production, income, and the road ahead for the local economy.
The PASOK leader’s presence in Boeotia is part of a broader effort to document the damage in fire-ravaged areas and maintain direct contact with citizens impacted by the blaze.
