According to the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2026, for the 6th consecutive year, Papastratos emerges as “Greece’s Most Attractive Employer.” This distinction confirms the company’s stable position among employers that stand out in the Greek job market, as well as its consistency in investing in creating a modern, meaningful and people-centered work environment.
This year’s recognition has additional special significance, as it comes in the year that Papastratos completes 95 years of continuous presence in Greece. Nearly a century after its establishment, the company continues to evolve, transform and invest in its people, recognizing that an organization’s progress starts from its culture and from the way it supports, trusts and empowers its people.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) is the world’s largest independent employer brand study, recording the image and attractiveness of the largest employers as perceived by the general public. In Greece, the study has been conducted for the 9th year and for 2026, 3,571 people participated, aged 18 to 65 years, including employees, students and unemployed individuals, who evaluated the 150 largest companies in the country based on staff numbers.
Papastratos’ emergence in 1st place for the 6th consecutive year, a performance that constitutes a record for the Greek market within this specific research, reflects Papastratos’ long-term relationship of trust with the job market. The company received high ratings across all 12 critical factors, including strong management and leadership, excellent reputation, attractive salary and benefits – areas where it recorded the highest scores – as well as job security, career development, equal opportunities provision, and work-life balance. This performance confirms Papastratos’ systematic investment in its company’s people, continuing this 95-year-old culture.
On the occasion of this new distinction, Maria Patakiouti, General Director of People and Culture at Papastratos and Southeast Europe at Philip Morris International, stated: “Papastratos’ recognition as Greece’s Most Attractive Employer for the 6th consecutive year is an honor that deeply moves us. Especially this year, as we complete 95 years of presence in the country, this distinction acquires even greater value for us because it connects to something that has consistently been at the core of our journey: our people. The trust we receive, both from our employees and from those who see Papastratos as an employer of choice, creates a responsibility for us to continue becoming better. To listen, to evolve, to create opportunities and to build an environment where every person can develop and contribute meaningfully.”
