The year’s top concert, which was sold out and even caused minor “seismic vibrations” according to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, was attended up close by hundreds of lucky COSMOTE TELEKOM customers, along with their companions, who emerged as winners of tickets and experience packages, following a draw in a MAGENTA MOMENTS contest. The related contest on the COSMOTE TELEKOM App exceeded 200,000 participations.
COSMOTE TELEKOM had a strong presence at the concert venue with the company’s booth becoming a point of attraction for thousands of spectators, with numerous activities and surprises. There the audience had the opportunity to explore the timeline of the band’s history on a digital video wall, while through an interactive contest participants won unique gifts, among which stood out the Metallica Official Merchandise and commemorative tailor-made posters with their favorite lyrics printed by hand from a doodle artist. Additionally, at the tattoo corner visitors could get instant tattoos, while the photo booth with AI filter transformed them into rockstars, creating unique mementos. Before the concert began, ROCK FM broadcast live from the COSMOTE TELEKOM booth, raising the excitement.

Metallica delivered an impressive show at OAKA, which also had Greek flavor with Zorba’s syrtaki and “Den horis pouthena” by the band Trypes, which the Athens audience will remember for years.
