On Saturday, May 2nd, a ceremony took place at the Municipal Stadium of Milos for the presentation of free sports equipment to Pamiliakos A.S., with the presence of executives from MINOAN LINES, the club’s sponsor. Minoan Lines donated sports equipment and clothing, strengthening the club’s daily athletic activities. Specifically, they provided 80 balls (40 footballs, 20 volleyball, and 20 basketball) and 600 competition T-shirts covering the needs of football, basketball, tennis, track and field, rhythmic gymnastics, and judo departments.

The event became a local celebration for sports, attended by Mayor Mr. Manolis Mikelis, Deputy Mayor of Sports Mr. Manolis Terzakis, Deputy Mayor of Sanitation Mr. Panagiotis Livanos, President of Pamiliakos Mr. Michalis Vamvakaris, Vice President of Pamiliakos Mr. Stelios Livanios, other representatives of the sports club, and many athletes.
MINOAN LINES invests in sports and the next generation
The Managing Director of MINOAN LINES, Mr. Loukas Sigalas, stated: “Our relationship with Milos is deeply human and substantial. For his part, the President of Pamiliakos A.S., Mr. Michalis Vamvakaris, stated: “We would like to express our warm thanks to MINOAN LINES for their support to our club, the most multi-sport club in the Cyclades, which counts more than 60 years of life since it was founded in 1960. This contribution strengthens our work in a substantial way and gives dozens of children the opportunity to continue playing sports in better conditions. Partnerships like this are valuable allies in our effort to cultivate values and invest in the future of Milos’ young generation.”
