Which women qualify for the DYPA program
The program targets unemployed women aged 18 and above who are registered in the Public Employment Service’s digital registry. Special priority is given to mothers with minor children up to 15 years old, as well as long-term unemployed women seeking work. The program duration is set at 12 months, with the possibility of a three-month extension, providing stability and prospects for beneficiaries.
How many jobs will be created
DYPA’s initiative provides for the creation of 10,000 new job positions for women in subsidized private companies. Specifically, the positions are distributed as follows:
• 5,000 full-time positions
• 5,000 part-time positions
Companies that hire unemployed women will receive significant financial support for both salary and non-salary costs of employees.
Subsidy amounts for each beneficiary category
The subsidy amount varies depending on the category of each beneficiary. DYPA covers 70% or 80% of the total monthly employment cost, with specific maximum limits. For women registered in the unemployment registry for up to twelve months, the monthly subsidy amounts to €879.20. Long-term unemployed women, as well as mothers of at least one minor child up to 15 years old, qualify for higher subsidies reaching €1,004.80 monthly.
For all categories of women beneficiaries employed part-time, the subsidy amount is set at €680 per month. This way, the program offers flexibility for both workers and companies wishing to strengthen female employment.
