With legal proceedings entering a new phase, the families of victims and injured from the deadly fire at Crans-Montana have taken legal action, demanding accountability for the tragedy that shocked Switzerland on New Year’s Eve.
According to reports, the families filed lawsuits with Swiss prosecutors regarding the incident at the “Le Constellation” club in the ski resort, with civil action representations being accepted by prosecutors.

The filing of the lawsuits was confirmed by lawyer Romain Jordan, representing a group of plaintiffs, who stated in a written response that “each family filed a civil action representation” and that the lawsuits were accepted by the prosecutor’s office.
As he clarified, the legal actions are directed “against all responsible parties, without exception,” though no specific targets are identified at this stage of the proceedings.
