U.S. Ambassador to Ankara, Tom Barrack, has called the long-standing disputes between Turkey and Greece “ridiculous.” In an interview, he stressed that the two countries have been “arguing forever,” having previously stated that “Greece certainly needs to be part of the energy corridors.” He also offered his own take on what he sees as a simple solution, emphasizing: “All they have to do is align with each other and say, ‘Great, we’re going to have two energy corridors, and we’re going to help each other.'”
