Donald Trump has called it “unreasonable” to continue what he describes as a “one-sided” relationship between the United States and NATO, just days before the Alliance’s Summit in Ankara.
In a post on his Truth Social platform, the American president stated that “it is unreasonable for the United States to continue on this one-sided path, when the relationship is not reciprocal,” adding that NATO “wasn’t there for us.”
Donald Trump has repeatedly criticized European allies over their stance on the war with Iran.
