Specifically, as shown in a video circulating online, after Pahlavi left a press conference in the city center and was heading toward a waiting car accompanied by bodyguards, an activist approached him and threw red liquid. The paint hit Pahlavi on the back of his neck and shoulders, staining his jacket red.
The reaction was immediate, with bodyguards and his entourage restraining the angry activist. Police arrested the suspect and took him into custody. Pahlavi then got into his vehicle and left the area.

Pahlavi on US and Israel attacks against Iran: “Humanitarian intervention”
Earlier the same day, Pahlavi reiterated his support for US and Israeli attacks against Iran, characterizing the military campaign as a “humanitarian intervention” necessary to overthrow the current regime. “Targeting the regime’s infrastructure and means of coercion was absolutely what the Iranian people were asking for,” he told reporters during the press conference.
