George Gerapetritis visited the War Memorial of South Korea during his visit to Seoul, marking the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The Greek Foreign Minister laid a wreath in honor of the members of the Greek Expeditionary Force who gave their lives in defense of freedom and democracy. “Their eternal memory is a lasting testament to the friendship between Greece and Korea,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in an official announcement.
