Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis inaugurated the international maritime exhibition “Posidonia 2026”. “I have the great joy once again this year to declare the opening of the great celebration of Greek shipping,” said Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, speaking at the inauguration of the international exhibition “Posidonia 2026” at Metropolitan Expo. “The heart of global shipping beats here for the next three weeks. Greek-owned shipping constitutes a national and European asset that must be protected. Especially at a time that highlights more intensely than ever its strategic and geopolitical significance – a power factor connected to the resilience and strategic autonomy of both Greece and Europe, making the country a commercial player with a pivotal role internationally,” the Prime Minister added.
