The alleged manager and alleged owner of the motorcycle driven by a 16-year-old of Sudanese origin who caused the serious traffic accident that injured a 16-year-old girl on Liosion Street were released either with restrictive conditions or without conditions after their testimonies.

After his testimony, with the agreement of both the investigator and prosecutor, the alleged manager of the motorcycle was released with the restrictive condition of mandatory appearance at the local police station once a month, while the alleged owner was released without any conditions.
The driver and passenger of the motorcycle have been given deadlines to provide their testimonies tomorrow, Thursday (23/04).
