Greek law firm Kyriaкidis Georgopoulos (KG Law Firm) has secured the prestigious Deal of the Year award at the IFLR Europe Awards 2026, recognized for its pivotal role in the landmark agreement between Bally’s Interactive and Intralot — two companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange/Euronext, respectively.
Valued at a total of €2.7 billion, the deal stood out for its originality, its strategic significance in the gaming technology and regulated gaming sector, and its impact on the international mergers and acquisitions landscape. It also ranks among the largest and most complex cross-border transactions completed in Greece in recent years.
