The shareholding percentages of Thrivest and the Superfund (H.E.SY.P.) in CrediaBank‘s share capital have been adjusted to 40.73% and 29.36% respectively, following the bank’s recent €300 million share capital increase.

As announced by CrediaBank to the Stock Exchange, following (a) the bank’s share capital increase through cash payment, implemented according to the Board of Directors’ decision dated March 29, 2026, under authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on March 27, 2026, (b) the notification received on April 7, 2026 from the company Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (hereinafter “H.E.SY.P.”) and (c) the notification received on April 8, 2026 from Thrivest Holding Ltd, after the completion of the listing for trading of 375,000,000 new ordinary voting registered shares of the Bank, with a nominal value of €0.05 each, on April 8, 2026 (start date of trading of the aforementioned new ordinary shares on the regulated market of the Athens Stock Exchange):
- The percentage of total voting rights held by H.E.SY.P. in the Bank’s share capital stands at 29.36%, corresponding to 585,074,648 voting rights of ordinary registered shares out of a total of 1,993,012,407. Before completion of the capital increase, H.E.SY.P.’s percentage was 36.16%, corresponding to 585,074,648 voting rights of ordinary registered shares out of a total of 1,618,012,407 shares.
- The percentage of total voting rights held by Thrivest Holding Ltd. in the Bank’s share capital stands at 40.73%, corresponding to 811,789,871 voting rights of ordinary registered shares out of a total of 1,993,012,407. Before completion of the increase, the percentage was 50.17%, corresponding to 811,789,871 voting rights of ordinary registered shares out of a total of 1,618,012,407 shares.
