Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced today that work is underway to implement the order given last week by President Vladimir Putin regarding preparations for proposals on a potential Russian nuclear test, as reported by TASS news agency.
According to the same Russian media outlet, Lavrov emphasized that Russia has not received confirmation from the US regarding the order that President Donald Trump had given last month for the resumption of nuclear tests by American armed forces, as reported by Reuters.
