Shocking news emerges from Kos regarding the filing of criminal charges against a 13-year-old for revenge pornography (revenge porn) involving minors. The case came to light after a father of a 13-year-old girl filed a complaint yesterday, Thursday, at the Crime Investigation Unit of Kos.

Revenge porn by 13-year-old in Kos: Minor distributed videos on Instagram since June
The subsequent investigation revealed that since last June, the 13-year-old had been distributing via Instagram two videos showing underage classmates engaging in sexual acts. One video depicted a boy and a girl, while the second video showed a minor alone. Criminal charges for revenge pornography involving minors were filed against the 13-year-old, while his parents face charges of negligent supervision of a minor. It should be noted that no arrests were made, as the statute of limitations for immediate action has passed.
