Amsterdam-listed private equity firm CVC (Metropolitan Hospital, Ygia, Mitera) will acquire a 20% stake in International Schools Partnership (ISP), which owns private schools worldwide and in Greece after acquiring three of the largest Greek private schools (Hellenic-German Education, “Plato” Educational Institutions, and Avgoulea-Linardatou Educational Institutions). International Schools Partnership (ISP) was founded in 2013 and is a global group with 111 schools across 25 countries in Europe, North and Latin America, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. Today, ISP educates over 100,000 students – from preschool age to 16 years and above – and employs more than 15,000 educators and staff worldwide.
