Stefanos Kasselakis visited Panos Routsi at Syntagma Square. The father of the late Dennis Routsi, who lost his life in the Tempi train disaster, is on a hunger strike and has found supporters. The leader of the Democratic Movement also included in his post Mr. Dimitris, a father from Aigio, who for several days now has been standing alongside Panos Routsi.

Mr. Kasselakis focused on the hunger strike as “a cry for people’s justice.” He emphasized that he arrived at Syntagma with two people who are mourning their own relatives from the disaster.
Stefanos Kasselakis’ post
With Panos Routsi.
In front of Parliament.
The hunger strike of Panos and Mr. Dimitris
is not an act of despair.
It is a cry.
A cry for people’s justice.
There is nothing more heartbreaking than a parent who loses their child.
And nothing more outrageous than a parent who is forced into a hunger strike
to get the obvious:
to see their child’s body.
I was at Syntagma with Chrysoula Chlorou, whose sister was murdered at Tempi, and Thodoris Eleftheriadis, whose mother was murdered at Tempi. Together with dozens of other citizens who stand beside the relatives and Panos.
A hope outside the despair of parliament.
Shame for the state my country has reached.
With Panos Routsi.
Justice for Tempi.
