Zoe Konstantopoulou launched a fierce attack against Alexis Tsipras, describing his public image as “a ridicule that knows no bounds,” during an appearance on SKAI’s late-night show Reportaz stis 10. The leader of Course of Freedom also took aim at “the parties that have governed and destroyed the country and its economy,” declaring that Greece has become “overrun with Marie Antoinettes.”
Konstantopoulou’s attack on Tsipras: “His ridicule knows no bounds”
Speaking specifically about Alexis Tsipras, Konstantopoulou remarked that “his ridicule knows no bounds.” She went on to say: “He went to America without knowing a word of English and stumbled through a meeting with Clinton. As prime minister, he embarrassed the country by not speaking a single word of English.” She further noted that he has “an economic policy advisor who confuses multiplication with division — these are not serious people.”
“The Mitsotakis government should have left yesterday — and even half of the New Democracy members say so, not just the left,” the Course of Freedom leader continued.
On the possibility of cooperating with Tsipras’ party
When asked whether she would ever consider working with Alexis Tsipras’ party, Konstantopoulou was unequivocal: “I consider it my duty, first and foremost, to protect society from yet another deception — because Tsipras is a fraud. Whatever he says today, he reverses tomorrow. Right now he’s perfectly aligned with Mitsotakis and they’re trying to set up a two-party duopoly, but society won’t do them that favor.”
“Course of Freedom will fight to completely overturn this political landscape. The day after — which I believe will be entirely different — will come like broad daylight, and real doors and pathways will open for a completely new reality,” she added.

On national issues, Konstantopoulou stated that “the 12 nautical miles should have been extended long ago. We say yes — the exercise of this sovereign right should have already happened.”
She also directed sharp criticism at Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, saying: “We cannot afford to have a prime minister who embraces Netanyahu, who is wanted for international crimes. He embarrassed us at the UN General Assembly too. While representatives of most countries pointedly walked out during Netanyahu’s speech, Mitsotakis went to meet and embrace him.”
