Three people were injured in a powerful explosion that occurred early on Friday morning (25/9) in a two-storey building on Lysikratous Street, in Plaka, in the centre of Athens. Reports indicate that a loud “bang” was heard, followed by the partial collapse of the old two-storey building. Fire brigade units, police, and EKAB ambulances rushed to the scene.
