The 56-year-old doctor at the center of the case surrounding the death of Giorgos Mazonakis reportedly had plans to develop a luxury wellness clinic in Argolida. According to a report by Alpha TV, the investment venture was intended for high-income visitors from Greece and abroad, combining wellness services with seaside accommodation.

A 100-acre seafront property in the Ermionida area of Argolida was reportedly selected for the project. According to the same sources, the coastal estate was earmarked for a high-end facility modeled after similar wellness centers operating abroad. The planned unit was to target the international and domestic jet set, with the aim of attracting business figures, shipping magnates, and high-profile individuals seeking vacations combined with premium wellness services. Two business partners are said to have been involved in the venture, who — according to the report — personally carried out the purchase of the property. This detail differs from earlier claims that the doctor had bought the property in her own name; the information cited attributes the transaction to the two associates. It remains unclear whether any other development procedures for the complex had been completed, or at what stage the project’s implementation stood.
