The video shows a woman desperately fighting and ultimately managing to escape from a man who attempted to kidnap her, violently dragging her toward his pickup truck.
The 31-year-old perpetrator Theodore Michael Tudydor grabbed the woman by the neck while she screamed for help and began pulling her toward his pickup truck, attempting to force her inside. Eventually, the woman managed to break free and flee.

Police authorities emphasized that the woman responded correctly by screaming, fighting, and attracting attention. As they characteristically stated: “The victim in this case did everything right – she screamed, fought, and drew attention.”

A bystander who witnessed the kidnapping attempt rushed to help her and called police, causing the perpetrator to flee. Shortly after, the pickup truck was spotted driving dangerously, with the perpetrator ultimately being arrested after a chase.
According to authorities, the 31-year-old allegedly robbed a business at the location and forced the woman to go to the parking area. He now faces charges for kidnapping, robbery, and vehicle theft.
