In an era where images travel faster than ever and messages gain power through people who influence the new generation, 30 Greek creators are joining forces in a social awareness initiative aimed at opening a meaningful conversation about road safety, human responsibility, and lives that are decided in just… 0.5 seconds.
“0.5 seconds”: 30 creators send powerful message for road safety with Parapolitika support
The short film titled “0.5 Seconds” is a high emotional intensity cinematic production, created as part of the awareness campaign for the new Traffic Code. The film’s official release took place on May 10th, on Mother’s Day — a date with special symbolism, as the film’s story is dedicated to mothers who waited for their children to return home, and to those who never saw them again.

With the central message: “The Traffic Code is changing. The question is whether we will change,” the film attempts to remind us that behind every steering wheel there is a life, a family, a mother waiting for someone to return home.

“0.5 seconds”
A story about that half second that separates an embrace from a loss. About mothers who waited for a child to come home. And about those who never saw them again.
The campaign sends a clear message in favor of responsible driving:
0.0 the only choice.
Not from fear.
From responsibility.
From respect.
So we all make it home.

This initiative represents one of the largest collective social actions by creators in Greece, proving that social media influence can achieve meaningful social impact when used with responsibility and purpose. The film is signed by PSDM & KONTEN, with direction by Danny Darlas, creating a cinematic narrative that aims not simply to shock, but to awaken. The production was realized with the support of the PARAPOLITIKA Group and CONTINENTAL, while valuable contributions were also made by Cosmoclinic and S-Cape Club.
