JTI Hellas continues to invest substantially in its people, implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that stands out in the Greek market. In this context, in March 2026 the Company paid its employees their annual bonuses for 2025, which reached, for yet another year, up to three additional salaries, beyond regular wages and statutory allowances.
Ms. Janine Neuhaus, General Manager of JTI Hellas, stated “our people are at the heart of our business activity. They are our most valuable resource and our primary concern is their comprehensive personal and professional development”.
In addition to compensation, JTI Hellas implements a pioneering rewards framework, aimed at enhancing the well-being, security and work-life balance of its employees. “At JTI, the employee experience doesn’t start on the typical first day of work, but from their first contact with the Company, from the first welcome to it” emphasizes Nikos Chatzinikolaou, People and Culture Director.
Among others, JTI Hellas’ benefits program offers:
• 20 weeks of additional fully paid parental leave for all employees who have a child, regardless of gender
• Healthy meals at the Office every Tuesday – Thursday
• Digital wellbeing card for wellness services (mental health, fitness, personal development)
• Flexible work model
• Workplace wellness programs, such as exercise programs and relaxation sessions
• Private life and health insurance
• Pension program with incentives for enhanced company participation
“This is how we practically demonstrate our commitment to respecting, listening to and rewarding our people,” notes Ms. Konstantina Sotiropoulou, Rewards and Organizational Design Manager.
According to Katerina Fragkoudaki, People & Culture Manager, “by upgrading the daily work experience, JTI Hellas implements a comprehensive employee journey, emphasizing meaningful integration and continuous support for employees”.
