The 44th floor of the tower has already been completed, a significant construction milestone that triggered the billing of an installment of approximately 60 million euros, which is linked to the project’s progress. The building’s structural framework, meaning all 50 floors, is expected to be completed in May, about one month earlier than the original schedule that projected completion by the end of June 2026.
