Construction of The Ellinikon is progressing rapidly, and as Lamda Development CEO Odysseas Athanassiou noted, the basic infrastructure connected to the first residential projects is expected to be completed within this year. This will allow buyers to receive their apartments and settle into their new homes, both in the coastal zone and in the Little Athens neighborhood. The 44th floor of the tower has already been completed, a significant construction milestone that triggered the billing of an installment of approximately 60 million euros, which is linked to the project’s progress. The building’s structural framework, meaning all 50 floors, is expected to be completed in May, about one month earlier than the original schedule that projected completion by the end of June 2026.
