Emphasis on cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of Greece and Turkey within the framework of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, the launch of a bilateral cooperation program in research and technology, as well as strengthening bilateral cooperation in earthquake preparedness, was given within the framework of the 6th High-Level Cooperation Council and during the talks in Ankara between Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Recep Tayyip Erdogan as significant agreements were signed.

The seven documents signed within the framework of the 6th High-Level Cooperation Council (HCC) between Greece-Turkey
1. Joint Declaration between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Turkey.
2. Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the field of Culture
3. Joint Declaration on cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of Greece and Turkey within the framework of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization.
4. Joint Declaration on cooperation between “Enterprise Greece” and “Invest in Turkiye”.
5. Joint Declaration on the launch of a bilateral cooperation program in research and technology.
6. Joint Declaration on strengthening bilateral cooperation in earthquake preparedness.
7. Joint Declaration on establishing ferry connections between the ports of Thessaloniki and Izmir.
